New Top-structure Groeneveld Group
Groeneveld Groep B.V. from Gorinchem, the Netherlands – leading supplier of automatic lubrication and oil management systems, active safety devises and GreenCat IT-solutions for the logistics world, has reshaped its top management structure in order to optimally manage the Company’s global growth ambition. A Management Board has been established with Henk Groeneveld, President & CEO, Ron den Engelsen, Group Director Strategy & Business Development and Sjaak van Boxtel, Group Director Finance & Administration. Also Ron den Engelsen has been appointed Managing Director of Groeneveld Transport Efficiency B.V, specialized in the development, manufacturing, marketing and sales of automatic lubrication systems, OilMaster oil management systems and GreenSight active safety systems. Henk Groeneveld, in the position of Managing Director, will head GreenCat, Groeneveld’s IT Division, specialized Transport Management Systems and Telematics solutions with a strong position in the Benelux, France and Germany.

With this new top-structure, together with two dedicated Management Teams, we are well lined-up to support our growth ambition”, commented Henk Groeneveld, who can look back at a successful 2011, the year in which the company celebrated its 40th anniversary and in which turnover and profit has shown a significant positive development.
